NHL Three Stars – What are they using?

FIRST STAR – JONATHAN QUICK, G, LOS ANGELES KINGS

Jonathan Quick Los Angeles Kings

Jonathan Quick earned first star honors last week by winning all three games he started. While he didn’t post any shutouts, his numbers were still remarkable. In three games, he carried a 1.33 goals against average and a .959 save percentage. Quick’s wins were against the Tampa Bay Lightning, Colorado Avalanche, and San Jose Sharks.

As far as his gear, Quick is using the Vaughn Velocity series goal pads. His blocker and catcher also come from the Vaughn Velocity series.

SECOND STAR – HENRIK SEDIN, C, VANCOUVER CANUCKS

Henrik Sedin Vancouver Canucks

Henrik Sedin earned his spot as second star by tallying eight points in his four games played. Each game Sedin played last week was a multi-point effort. He now has 12 goals, 42 assists, and 54 points in 59 games played this season.

Up top, Sedin is wearing a Reebok 7k helmet. His gloves are from Bauer and are a custom version of the APX Pro gloves. Sedin also uses Bauer when it comes to his stick and skates. His stick is the latest from the Supreme line, the Bauer Total One MX3 stick. On his feet, similarly, the Bauer MX3 skates. Henrik Sedin also wears a pro model of CCM pants.

THIRD STAR – MAX PACIORETTY, LW, MONTREAL CANADIENS

Max Pacioretty Montreal Canadiens

 

Max Pacioretty earned third star honors by scoring four goals last week, and finishing +6 on the week. He also added a pair of assists last week, bringing his point total to 52.

Pacioretty is wearing an Easton E600 helmet, but a lot of his gear comes from Warrior. For gloves, Pacioretty is wearing the Dynasty AX1 four roll gloves, which always look great in a Montreal color scheme. He snipes with a quick release using his Warrior Covert QR1 stick. Not to forget protection, Pacioretty also wears Warrior pants. On his feet, you’ll find Pacioretty using the Bauer Supreme Total One MX3 skates, just like Sedin.
