CCM is back at it again, this time refreshing their Ribcor line of sticks with the all new CCM Ribcor Trigger ASY stick. Let’s take a look at the new Ribcor Trigger and see exactly what it’s going to offer.
The CCM Ribcor Trigger ASY stick will continue to use Pop Matrix Technology in the shaft. This technology allows the fibers to always be in tension for a quick load, efficient power transfer, and incredible shot. However, with the Ribcor Trigger, the stick will include an ASY-1 flex profile. This completely new layup has made the release even quicker and more efficient. It was also approved by some of the top NHL players and validated in CCM’s performance lab.
CCM’s Ribcor Trigger stick will also feature technora reinforcement. These aramid fibers help to provide tremendous durability without sacrificing performance. This is due to the bending properties of these fibers.
You will also find an updated blade on the CCM Ribcor Trigger ASY stick. The new Ascent Blade 2 has a modified structure in order to decrease weight and enhance puck feel all while maintaining a stiff and rigid toe.
The all new CCM Ribcor Trigger ASY stick looks to be an outstanding upgrade of an already great stick. It launches on October 7th, but is now available for pre-order for $269.99.
