Bauer Hockey is gearing up to release their latest roller hockey line later this year, and part of that will include a brand new line of pants as well. The Bauer Vapor 1XR pants will be the premier level pants in the new line-up, and they are loaded with great features.
The Bauer Vapor 1XR pants will offer a tapered fit, rather than a straight or loose fit like most roller hockey pants. The stretch to fit shin allows the taper to happen, while still providing enough room for your shin guards, no matter the size or bulkiness.
Bauer will also include their 37.5 material in the new 1XR roller hockey pants, which will be perfect for the warm roller hockey environment. If you’re not familiar with 37.5 material, its a new technology Bauer uses which helps keep your body at its ideal humidity level and temperature. The 37.5 technology uses body heat to evaporate sweat, so the more you work, the more the technology works.
Down into the knee, you’ll find new fused nash knee panels with ventilation. This will help to improve durability, and keep you cool during play. There will also be segmented lightweight vented nylon and stretch lycra body panels in the leg which will allow you to move comfortably in every direction necessary. Additionally, you’ll find ventilated dynamic flex zones in the hip, and front/rear panels.
The Bauer Vapor 1XR pants will only be available in black. They will come in senior sizes only, small, medium, large and extra large.
Bauer’s new line of roller hockey pants, including the 1XR pants, will be available later this year from Inline Warehouse.com.
