CCM RIBCOR Trigger 6 Pro Stick
- Updated: September 24, 2021
The folks at CCM Hockey are real close to refreshing the Ribcor line of sticks with the new CCM Ribcor Trigger 6 Pro leading the way.
The improved CCM Ribcor Trigger 6 Pro stick will continue to feature a low kick point design. This setup is perfect for the quick loading of shots and ultimately a quick release of the puck.
Moving into the technology featured in the CCM Ribcor Trigger 6 Pro stick, we’ll find three main features.
First up is the new Skeleton+ technology. This is achieved through new manufacturing technology and exists primarily in the taper area. This is going to give you better reliability and consistency is you use the Ribcor Trigger 6 pro stick. When you head down the wing with an open look at the top corner, you can be confident that your stick will perform the way you expect it to.
Next, the CCM Ribcor Trigger 6 Pro stick uses Nanolite carbon layering in combination with Sigmatex spread tow carbon fiber to produce a stick that is not only remarkably light, but also provides top notch strength.
Finally, a cool and unique ergonomic geometry has been used on the CCM Ribcor Trigger 6 pro stick. The geometry helps the stick to create an amazing low kick which is not only quick in release, but also more effortless in loading.
Moving down into the blade of the CCM Ribcor Trigger 6 Pro stick, you will find what they’re calling an agility blade with peel-ply. The agility blade has a thinner overall profile, which helps to improve your feel for the puck and thus your stick handling. They improvements are particularly notable, however, because they’ve achieved them without compromising on reliability or the speed of your release.
The CCM Ribcor Trigger 6 Pro stick will launch soon at your favorite hockey retailers. It will be offered in senior, intermediate, and junior sizes. Flexes will range from 70-95 on the senior models, 55 or 65 on intermediate, and 40 or 50 on the junior sizes. Blade patterns available on the CCM Ribcor Trigger 6 Pro include the P28, P29, P88, and P90TM.
