Nashville Star Scores Between the Legs Goal

One of the Nashville Predators young stars scored an unbelievable goal last night against the Colorado Avalanche.

Filip Forsberg, who is having another unbelievable season, scored a goal in the middle of the first period after pulling the puck between his legs and launching it past Semyon Varlamov.

Forsberg’s incredible goal came on a 5 on 3 power play with the Predators already ahead 1-0. Varlamov made an intiial save on the play, but saw the rebound kick out to Ryan Johansen at the side of the goal. He tried to play the puck off his skate, but it took a bounce right to Forsberg in front of the net. Forsberg’s quick hands, and quicker thinking, allowed him to pull the puck between his legs and score a true beauty.

The young Swede has been a huge reason for Nashville’s success again this season. He currently leads all Predators players with 32 goals and 61 points.
