11 NHL players likely to be dealt before the trade deadline

New Jersey Devils v Calgary Flames
Jaromir Jagr

Jagr, 42, will become an unrestricted free agent at the end of this season. While it’s uncertain if he will play next year in the NHL, there haven’t been any apparent retirement talks yet – and Jagr continues to prove that he can perform at a high level. He currently leads the New Jersey Devils in points with 20, and assists with 15, making him a great trade deadline addition for a team looking to bolster their offense. The Montreal Canadiens are supposedly kicking the tires on Jagr, and there is some low-level talk that the Penguins should pursue him.
