To be honest, I’m not sure how such an amazing shootout goal could have flown under the radar this long. After seeing this clip from Dallas Ehrhardt in an old Moose Jaw Warriors shootout skills competition, my jaw dropped to the floor.
First, Ehrhardt goes fake slap shot, makes a nice deke to freeze the goalie, drags the puck away from an oncoming poke check, then pulls it behind his back and fires it into the empty net.
