Yesterday, The Buffalo Sabres uploaded a nice behind the scenes video showcasing some of Drew Stafford’s summer training to prepare him for the upcoming NHL season. Watch Stafford perform some of his favorite exercises from the “Fu Man Drew Workout” video below.
