EA Sports has just released the first screenshot of NHL 12, and it looks great. What we can tell from the screenshot, is that the Winter Classic will finally be playable in the game. Beyond that, it looks like maybe goalie contact could become a lot more realistic with goalies getting knocked over and their helmets flying off. Can you spot anything else from the first NHL 12 screenshot?
I also read that the net can be moved off its moorings… as you can see in the picture above.
They should update olympic jerseys because the current nhl 11 ones suck.
I am almost positive the reason why is because they would have to get the license from the IIHF or the inidividual hockey federations (Hockey Canada, USA Hockey, etc.). I do agree, they could get a little more creative and design a original jersey that wouldn’t infringe on the IIHF’s copyright besides a simple flag.
