So the slogan goes for the NHL, “Hockey fans aren’t like other fans.”
While searching through a few videos on YouTube, I came across this rather amusing and funny little video. A young hockey fan, more so a Miikka Kiprusoff fan, does all the same motions as the Calgary Flames net minder during the teams warm up. Not only does the fan mimic the goalie, the fan is also dressed in full pads identical to Kiprusoff, as well as a pretty nifty drawn on beard.
I hope this kid at least received an autograph for his dedication.

but I didn’t know how far back you go to check for comments- this particular comment relates to the post a few weeks ago regarding the spate of injuries in the NHL so far…..
…..I read this morning that Kronwall will out 8 weeks!!!!!
….wow- another crippling injury. Any updates from the HWB sources?
Also- just a few days after that post on HWB, Mickey Redmond said during a broadcast that he can’t recall so many injuries to so many key players so early in a season. Hmmmmm….maybe he reads HockeyWorld Blog.com too………

I do believe Mick and the gang brought up the Calgary Flame kid dressed like the tender. Perhaps he is a reader. That would be sweet.
