With the new 1X Lite, Bauer worked to improve nearly every aspect of the stick when compared to the previous generation. It now has an even quicker release, more stability in the blade, and is 20 grams lighter than the outgoing model. In fact, the new 1X stick now weighs less than 400 grams, coming in at 397 grams for a senior model.
Some of the big feature improvements you can expect out of thew new 1X Lite include the all new Quick Release Taper Plus or QRT+ technology as well as a new lighter and more durable blade.
The new Bauer Vapor 1X Lite stick will officially launch on November 3rd. The new stick retails for $299.99 and will ship for free. If you pick one up during the pre-order period, the stick will arrive at your home on launch day ready to be taken out on to the rink.
