CCM is continuing to make a strong push into the roller hockey market as they are on the verge of releasing the CCM Jetspeed roller hockey skates.
The CCM Jetspeed roller hockey skates will utilize the Jetspeed boot which has already proven to be a success with their ice hockey skates. The Jetspeed roller hockey skates use CCM’s RocketFrame Composite with SpeedCore 2 technology. This provides an ergonimically shaped shell, which will provide great heel lock, fit, and responsiveness. The SpeedCore 2 technology allows you to personalize the fit further through a heat molding or baking process.
CCM included a dual zone clarino liner with integrated abrasion patches for extra durability. This top notch liner will help to quickly wick away moisture and keep your foot dry. The abrasion patches will also provide additional comfort. The tongue used is CCM’s Jet Protect Tongue with lace bite saddle and high density foams. It’s made from two piece white felt and the foams offer additional protection.
A composite lightweight outsole is used beneath the skates, and CCM’s magnesium FastFrame Chassis is mounted to that. This frame uses a straight 80mm wheel setup for senior sizes in order to maximize speed out on the rink. The skates will come stock with Labeda Addiction XXX Grip wheels, and also offer Swiss Lite 608 bearings.
