With a new name, and new technology, the new CCM Ribcor Reckoner stick will make it’s debut this fall. But what’s different about it?
The primary difference you’ll find on the new and upcoming CCM Ribcor Reckoner stick is that CCM has updated their rib technology to improve the stick. The CCM Ribcor Reckoner will now use CCM’s new Pop Matrix Technology, which was designed to take this stick to the next level of performance.
By changing the design, CCM was able to maximize the performance of the carbon fibers. Now, the performance fibers located in the ribs are protected by an outer layer of protective carbon fibers.
This low kick point stick now has a shaft featuring TECHNORA reinforcement. This will help to make the shaft more durable in addition to improving performance.
CCM has also re-engineered the blade on the CCM Ribcor Reckoner stick. The new ascent blade is lighter than the previous version, provides an improved puck feel, and also helps to improve the release.
Weighing in at only 415 grams, the upcoming CCM Ribcor Reckoner stick will be incredibly light weight. It looks to be a great update for the Ribcor stick line!
