Blake Wheeler dances around goalie for shootout goal

Blake Wheeler has been watching a few Patrick Kane videos on YouTube.

The skilled forward for the Winnipeg Jets put his offensive abilities on display last night against the Calgary Flames. Tied at four a piece without a decision in overtime, the two teams went to a shootout. Wheeler, who had failed to score in in four previous shootout attempts this season, went toward the net with the puck on his forehand most of the way, showing shot, and then proceeded to deke the jockstrap off Calgary netminder Reto Berra with a few back and forth shimmies before burying the puck with his backhand.

Wheeler has five goals and 10 assists in 23 games this season for the Jets, who are currently 11th in the Western Conference with 23 points. Check out the video below to see Wheeler’s dirty dangles.
