Ryan Getzlaf is one of several NHL players who have been using the brand new Easton ST hockey stick this season. I haven’t been able to gather much information about the stick, but as you can see it features a new paint job. It seems as though Easton is moving away from their silver colored sticks in favor of more black sticks. The photo below features Getzlaf using the new Easton ST. According to early reports, the stick is primarily a “passing” stick, meaning that the player is less capable of scoring goals when using this product.
What would make it a “passing” stick opposed to a “goal scorer” stick? Or is this a stab at suffering Ryan “Rat Face” Getzlaf?
